Switch off from devices. Having nothing on your mind, will recharge you and create tons of time for deep work. Allowing yourself to get time offline daily will force your brain back into relaxation and creation mode. So just switch off.Read More
Two weeks ago I underwent the most mind-blowing experience of my life as I participated at the 3-day Wim Hof Method workshop, lead by Bart Dankers and his wife Tjally Dankers at the Isimila.nl Training Center in Kaatsheuvel. The Wim Hof Method? In this blog I will tell you more about what that is and what it did for me.Read More
In a fast paced world where there is barely time to think, let alone become one with the deepest parts of yourself, we attempt to thrive on the processes of who we are conditioned to be.
Until we begin to see the potential for who we decide to become, we are bound by limitations and beliefs that hinder our growth.
As an entrepreneur, this has the potential to have detrimental effects on our success. And, as each person has their own story, many of which has shaped who we have become as adults, it’s easy to see how our limitations mold us to stay safe, instead of evolving into the developed, creative and passionate individuals we are.
As Jessi Risley explains regarding her new Entrepreneur’s Meditation Mastery course, a developed understanding of how meditation eases the process of generational healing for business success, that meditation isn’t only about learning to live peacefully and become more mindful, yet creating a reality that you desire.Read More

My biggest compliment was that a potential branding client, a communication manager, told me during our introductory meeting “You really feel like a brand!” And that the branding clients that have booked me really resonated with my (documentary family) photographs and my motto “Real is more fun than Perfect. Real is Perfect!”, and that is why they booked me.
Last month I was able to provide our household with €2.000, for the first time since I started working as a fulltime photographer (2016). But it is still far from my goal – but I’m trying to be hopeful and have the confidence I will get there with a sane heart and mind so I can finally get a grip on workable time and relaxation!
When you start out as a photographer you are filled with excitement and enthusiasm, because you can FINALLY start doing the work you LOVE and make clients HAPPY! Right? Well, that is an aspect of the business that is true. And that’s why I started my own photography business over 10 years ago. But running…Read More
Voor wie is het programma Studio Sessions het meest geschikt in jouw ogen?
Voor wie niet! Ow ja voor diegene die blij zijn met een minimum inkomen en een werkweek van 60+ uren hahahaha.
Nee even serieus.
We all have our good and bad days, but being your own boss can really be challenging as you don’t have a manager to point the finger at when things get tough. You have to be able to face all demons that come up, all insecurities that come along the way, so you don’t stay stuck but move your business forward. One of the main things that come up when growing your business is the Imposter Syndrome. Feeling like a fraud, a fake, ready to be “caught” at any time. But there’s a cure. In this blog I’m going to help you with tips on how to battle this Gremlin of a feeling and show you how you can embrace it to help yourself and your business thrive even more.Read More
